If you’ve managed to drive past Flying Apron and YV Artisan Baker (yum!) in Wesburn you’ll next pass through the little town of Millgrove (notice the wood mill on the left) and then keep your eye out for our sign, we’re just a couple of minutes further on. Turn left off the highway and we’re at the end of the driveway.

The sauna is staffed and therefore someone will be there to guide you if it’s your first time! For experienced bathers, please note the sauna can get up to 85 degrees so we recommend only spending as long in the heat as you feel comfortable, for most people this will be 10-20 minutes. Once you feel hot enough you can head outside to cool down or take a plunge into the cold water, rest until you feel ready to head back into the heat, and repeat! Dry yourself before entering the sauna as wet skin inhibits the body's ability to sweat. Don't eat less than 1 hour before and hydrate, before, during and after your session.
-
